This post is a bit of a blast from the past! 2 years ago, my lovely DD friend the Canadian Nail Fanatic did a swap with me, and I asked her for the Halloween Collection from F4 Polish. Sadly, they didn't arrive til after Halloween, and then last year I forgot all about them lol.
So here they finally are - and the irony? F4 Polish no longer exist. Sadness. They had some really nice quirky stuff. That's not really the point of this post though. Halloween glitter toppers can be quite generic, so this should still give you ideas of how to wear your beauties, my precious (much twisting of hands lol).
First up is Boo To You, an awesome orange and black glitter in a mixture of sizes - see what I mean about how they can be generic?
I love to wear this type of glitter over bright purples or pinks for maximum colour clash, and here it's over one of the new OPIs - I Carol About You.
Next up is Nightmare Forest which features ALL the Halloween colours - black, orange, purple and green. This was ahead of its time in the shape of the black pieces, but I can't forgive it the hairy purple glitter.
I have it layered here over Barry M Olive, a colour very similar to OPI Skull and Glossbones.
Finally my possible favourite - Hocus Pocus. This has very small glitter in black, purple and green and is SENSATIONAL. It's one of those glitters you underestimate til you get it on your nails.
I have it here over Pandora's Polish Flannel, and this dark grey was the perfect base for it fire up its magic.
It's not too late to buy what I think is this year's best Halloween Collection - by Different Dimension. You can see my review here.
